Experience a live cooking demonstration from internationally acclaimed Chef John Nocita, an award-winning chef, certified sommelier, founder of the Italian Culinary Institute, and one of Europe's leading food consultants. Featured in Forbes and recognized internationally for his expertise in authentic regional Italian cuisine, Chef Nocita has spent decades consulting with restaurants, mentoring chefs, judging international culinary competitions, and sharing the traditions of Italy with audiences around the world.

About the Farm to Hospital Program
Every ticket supports the UPMC Pinnacle Foundation's Farm to Hospital Program, an innovative initiative rooted at our very own farm on the campus of UPMC Memorial in
York County, PA. Designed to address food insecurity and the root causes of illness, the program expands access to fresh, nutritious food while connecting patients, families, and the broader community to education, partnerships, and wellness initiatives.
